Zotrim Reviews
Zotrim claims that you can lose 5% of your body weight in just 6 weeks. Let’s count that out. A healthy weight person would have technically the slowest metabolism of anybody, and with healthy diet and exercise could lose about 2 pounds per week. So let’s assume that they weigh around 130 pounds. 5% is about 6 or 7 pounds in 6 weeks. That is actually about half of what you would lose in 6 weeks with proper diet and exercise!
But still, they talk about feeling natural, curbing hunger, and feeling re-energized in general. They talk about the ultimate formula that will take control of your dieting problems and reduce your waits to hip ratio by 4.3 inches in just 4 weeks. And apparently, they have 8 successful and clinically studied ingredients in one. The only study we’ve seen using percentages are the studies conducted on Orlistat, which showed 5-10% reduction in a year.
So what are these 8 ingredients? Well they start out with yerba mate, damiana, and guarana. These have been proven in at least one study to promote weight loss by slowing the gastric emptying process and therefore helping you to stay full for longer periods of time. However, they do not disclose amounts, meaning they don’t have the right amounts for these results.
As far as 8 ingredients, all the studies they talk about have far greater results in studies individually than the whole formula of Zotrim is supposed to promote. And while they have 8 studies apparently, they don’t actually specify the individual ingredients used in these studies. There is only one published study we’ve seen on guarana, yerba mate, and damiana. So it makes one wonder if they are just repeating different parts of the same study.
They don’t reveal other ingredients, and frankly the study on this particular combination assessed the number of pounds, not the percentage of body weight. They didn’t actually technically reveal the amounts used of each ingredient. However, it is guaranteed to be rather significant. And they are guaranteed not to use significant amounts being that they won’t actually reveal them.
So obviously, we would not recommend using Zotrim. We would recommend using something else. Zotrim does not promote weight loss results. It does not help you to feel full for longer or burn fat for that matter. Zotrim has basically repeated the same study over and over as far as we can tell. Therefore there are not 8 ingredients, let alone are there 8 studies considering there is only one published study so far on guarana, damiana, and yerba mate.
There are definitely better products out there, and we could easily guarantee that you could find much better results were you to properly use them. We would suggest that you definitely look into your other options instead to see real and lasting results.
