ZetaCap was at one time purported to be the ultimate alternative to gastric bypass surgery. They talked about all its benefits, making it easy to block part of the stomach without stapling it, without causing complications, without all the possible vitamin deficiencies. They talked about ZetaCap in general helping you to stay full all of the time if you just used it 30 minutes before each meal, effectively working without all the stimulants, jitters, or anything like that.
Their formula however revealed otherwise. Their formula contained things like gingko leaves and ginger as well as valerian root rather than say glucomannan, an ingredient that could actually have this particular effect and result accordingly. So the product never did anything for the common consumer, and while glucomannan would have required 1000mg, their entire proprietary blend was just 500mg. So their product has now been discontinued, and we would not recommend bothering with it in the future.
