YogaSlender Reviews

Giving you the ultimate secret to enlightenment, YogaSlender is marketed as the ultimate way to burn fat fast and center your mind, body, and soul.  They claim that it combines the power of Ayurvedic medicine with the knowledge of Sanskrit, and it has been used in comprehensive medicine all over the world and specifically in Sri Lanka for years.

They talk about it finally working in a safe and effective way, and apparently, it has been thousands of years in the making.  It helps you to achieve better digestion, metabolism, body detoxification, a stronger immune system, improved sleep, concentration, memory, enhanced weight control, and better health in general.

So why don’t we all turn away from Western medicine or diet pills for that matter and turn to YogaSlender?  The first thing you should know is that if it’s just based on yoga, yoga does not burn fat.  Yes, you can go to those hardcore yoga classes that turn the heater up to 90 or 100 degrees.  But when you do that, you are sweating out water, not fat or real weight.  There is a big difference.  Sit in a sauna, it’s the same effect.

Yes, yoga can stretch out the muscles, yes it can help you to be more flexible.  But in all reality, yoga does not provide the exertion necessary for fat burning or a thermogenic effect within the body. But of course, it relies not on yoga, but rather on Ayurvedic based ingredients.  Now just because something is foreign doesn’t make it effective.  That is always something to keep in mind.

For example, guggul can help you to improve your muscle growth.  But there are two types of guggul, and most use the cheaper type that doesn’t actually promote any benefits.  Likewise, garcinia cambogia can burn fat, but only if you use at least 1500mg. Other ingredients like cayenne pepper could provide a small thermogenic fat burning result.

But then there’s ingredients like gymnema sylvestre and cinnamon which only really control blood sugar.  That may fight cravings, but it has not been shown to lead to significant weight loss results.  Likewise, triphala has never been shown to relate to weight loss at all.  So obviously speaking, it is hit and miss with Ayurvedic medicine in general just as it would be with any traditional medicine.

We would not really recommend bothering with YogaSlender.  It has some of the right ingredients.  But they aren’t depending on clinical studies.  They are depending on the idea of using Ayurvedic medicine as the cure all of sorts.  The fact that they have some good ingredients is more of dumb luck than anything else.  So in short, we would recommend that you find something besides YogaSlender to give you the results you are looking for.
