		<description>is there a way i can get a copy of the weight watchers programme , which foods are how many points etc,, you see myself and my hubby want to do it but he works variable houes and can never pin point a day when he&#039;l be off early and i have four children to take care of one of whom is ill quite often so we cant even get a babysitter.
