  1. Technically, yerba mate does not have caffeine because it does not have the negative effects of caffeine. The caffeine molecule is present, but it blocked by so many nutrients, the molecule is changed, forming a new molecule known as mateine. This is why yerba mate revs up the adrenaline resulting in the “awake and alert feeling,” but without any negative side-effects of caffeine (jitters, crash, hypertension, etc.). Therefore, caffeine and mateine are similar, but not the same.

So many weight loss pills have been out in the market but most if not all are temporary! take this advice from Christopher Guerriero and that is to eat more of alkaline based foods such as raw veggies and fruits! Acid base foods make u at risk for Candida Albican over growth in your gut that makes you crave more and as a result – unhealthy eating!
