Ultimate Nutrition Diet Ripped Reviews

Created by Ultimate Nutrition, Diet Ripped is supposed to be one of the most talked about fat burners on the market.  Of course, everybody is talking about obesity and weight loss, and for good reason.  The rates of obesity are growing every year, and yet interestingly enough we are taught to tip toe around it.  Actually, it’s perfectly valid to tip toe around it, because a doctor who told his patient she needed to lose weight in some capacity because she was severely obese got sued for it.  It seems a little bit ridiculous, right?

Anyway, basically speaking, Diet Ripped is a formula that can apparently control blood sugar levels and otherwise help you to lose weight with natural remedies.  They claim that natural antioxidants will give you the benefits you are looking for, and apparently it can normalize appetite suppression activity and otherwise.  So ideally speaking, you would be getting a multi function weight loss formula.

So how valid is this?  First of all, you cannot lose weight with blood sugar regulators alone.  In their own studies such as those conducted on chromium, most studies not conducted on athletes show no results at all. They actually use only gymnema sylvestre, which works to burn fat with chromium and garcinia cambogia, but not so much without.

Outside of that, they use some antioxidants such as grape seed extract and alpha lipoic acid.  Again, we cannot stress strongly enough, antioxidants don’t promote weight loss! Many people mistakenly think that caffeine free green tea will work to promote weight loss, because of course it’s so strong in antioxidants.  Antioxidants have nothing to do with it!  Green tea promotes weight loss because of the caffeine content.  At least they have real green tea, but honestly speaking, with their small proprietary blend, they don’t actually have enough of anything legitimate.

And finally speaking, they have glucomannan, a natural appetite suppressant.  Their entire blend is about 1400mg.  Glucomannan alone requires at least 1000mg, meaning that in the small amount we can guarantee that they actually use, partly because their proprietary formula actually has a number of undisclosed fillers and preservatives taking up the bulk of the product. Frankly speaking, you won’t find anything of worth in this product, and yes any form of caffeine can cause side effects.

This product may be all natural.  But that doesn’t automatically speaking make it effective.  This is a perfect example of why that holds so true.  Diet Ripped doesn’t actually have anything that would legitimately help you to lose weight, and they fall short in every way possible, playing up ideas in general that simply aren’t true.  You could definitely find something better.
