Ultimate Diet Fuel Reviews

Creted without ephedra like many others these days, Ultimate Diet Fuel is produced by the company known as TwinLab. We have found that the ephedra products are disappearing at a relatively expedient rate. But anyway, they claim that it has the thermogenic fat burning ingredients and CycloBurn technology that will finally help you to achieve the perfect body and maximum output in general.

They talk about different proprietary blends essentially speaking, and apparently this is supposed to reduce muscle fatigue, burn fat, and work without being a stimulant in general and therefore without the related side effects. But is this all legit? Is it even possible one might say?

They have some ingredients that could be considered weight loss ingredients. For example, they have caffeine, the basic definition of a stimulant, that has been known to increase thermogenic fat burning in the right amount. But while the right amount would be 400mg, they have a grand total of 565mg in the entire proprietary blend.

From there, they use ingredients like skullcap root, which by the way has absolutely no relation to weight loss. It does not promote weight loss or other results in general. It does cause other problems, however, not benefits. Likewise, while they may have green tea, it is another stimulant that requires 400mg as opposed to their 315mg. So obviously speaking, it isn’t necessarily going so well for this particular product.

They have what’s called cocoa extract, and while it’s not a weight loss ingredient, it does provide some powerful antioxidants that can improve health in general. And likewise, amino acids like tyramine can feed muscles. But they don’t really build muscles or otherwise go into the realm of actually promoting weight loss. They don’t actually help you to get any of the benefits you should be getting with a product spouting these claims.

The side effects of this product would include those of caffeine such as irregular heartbeat, chest pain, dizziness, headache, nausea, insomnia, mood swings, cramping, constipation, diarrhea, tension, anxiety, and high blood pressure. They don’t have enough to produce results. But they still have enough to cause side effects and problems.

So obviously we would recommend something else. There are plenty of products out there that actually have proven ingredients, proven amounts, and everything else. If you know which ones to look for, you could actually get great results to say the least. But you should look elsewhere as you without question will not find those here.
