It did not help me at all. I bought the platinum package with mp3 player and when I recieved the shippment the mp3 did not work and wasn't what I expected so I just wanted money back. Was told a long list of return directions that I followed to the letter. I was told just to return mp3 but that if I liked the cds I could keep them an just be refunded for cost of mp3. I confirmed the date and time they received the return with UPS and then called them to find out why no refund. They then told me that I was sent another one, but I had not received anything. I then asked why because I requested a refund and was then told that the mp3 was a free gift and I could not get a refund because I did not send back the entire package. To top it all off now it was to late because it was past my trial date. WHAT A SCAM! Dont buy this program. It did not help me at all.
