The Beast 2 Shredded is a product that “doesn’t just burn body fat, it OBLITERATES it.” The Beast 2 Shredded is reported to give you the proprietary blend that will finally help you to shred your body and significantly increase your energy for greater weight loss results in general.  Apparently, it melts body fat, gives you continuous energy, stimulates the thyroid, works as a natural diuretic, and suppresses appetite.

We see two problems with the Beast 2 Shredded.  First of all, there’s the fact that they claim to address a serious medical condition. Yes, it’s all too common among products that simply haven’t been caught yet.  But they talk about stimulating the thyroid.  Most of us have a basically healthy thyroid, and whether you stimulate it or dumb it down a little, as long as it is in healthy range, it isn’t going to really make a difference.  It is only when the thyroid is unhealthy in either direction that the metabolism is affected to that great a degree.   And if you have that problem, iodine and other natural thyroid elements aren’t going to do anything, they are not going to have any effect at all!

Second, they talk about diuretics and water weight.  It is blunt and honest yes.  But a weight loss product should never actually use diuretics. Diuretics eliminate water weight, not excess water weight, and realistically that is all water that your body actually needs.  So if you eliminate that, you are actually doing more harm to the body while of course experiencing weight rebound and causing various other problems with weight loss in the future.

As far as their ingredients go, we have seen products make claims about dangerous methods, because they denote fast weight loss without actually using them.  So we give them a fair chance.  However, the reality is that they do actually use diuretics.  So you will experience those side effects and problems.

Keep in mind, they do have some good ingredients.  For example, they have green tea, evodiamines, caffeine anhydrous, and synephrine, all of which are proven fat burners. In the right amounts, these could help you to lose weight and work as natural metabolic enhancers.  In addition, the right kind of guggulsterones have been shown to enhance muscle growth.  The problem is that they don’t actually use the right amounts.

But one ingredient that we really worry about is yohimbine.  Yohimbine has been used as a natural aphrodisiac.  It has been used for sexual purposes in men.  However, it has also been proven extremely dangerous causing heart attacks, renal failure, strokes, and other serious side effects.  The biggest problem however is that it has never been connected to any kind of weight loss.

So we would not recommend using this formula.  It does not promote real weight loss, and it does not promote other benefits in general.  The Beast 2 Shredded will not help you without side effects, and frankly it is just not worth it as there is really no trade off between any results versus the definite side effects.
