Slender Slim Reviews

We’ll admit it.  You are not the first to fall for the hype surrounding the Slender Slim belt or any other oscillating belts that can be used around any major limb.  We have done it, though we are ashamed to say it.  After all, we love the infomercials.  You see them talking about amazing benefits and results on TV, and they just get you so hyped up and excited!  Whether using Chuck Norris or some fitness model, we think hey, what if I could really look like that!

If only it were actually that easy, wouldn’t that be amazing! Unfortunately, it’s not.  Yes, in the past, some of us have looked for any way to avoid the embarrassing task of visiting the gym or getting our own workout machines.  We have tried to avoid the dreaded cardio, and then we learned to just suck it up. And yes, in our search, we did actually try Slender Slim.

Slender Slim talks about stimulating the muscles.  And unfortunately, you find that when you go into the doctor and use similar machines, your arms or other areas used do not actually get stimulated to the point of muscle contractions that would build muscles.  They don’t actually help you to lose even little inches of fat here and there or otherwise tone up.  They don’t help you to lose weight!

Now Slender Slim is by no means infinitely more powerful or anything like that.  It’s the same way.  Yes, you feel muscles contracting. But it’s by no means strong enough to strengthen or otherwise build muscles.  And unfortunately, you could literally do all the crunches in the world, thousand every day, and that alone would never help you to get washboard abs or otherwise lose weight or tone up.  You have to have cardio to burn fat for that effect.

Any time you see some magical approach to anything, you should be wary of it.  You should realize that if it seems too good to be true, it is too good to be true! There are no magical or amazingly easy ways to lose weight, as much we would really love to see them.

However, there are other options out there.  There are real fat burners, real workouts, real muscle builders, etc.  Yes, some of them in pill form will help you to achieve better results than you would with diet and exercise alone, and we would definitely recommend these.

But if you want the traditional way of building muscles and exercising and otherwise on your own, we would recommend talking to a professional personal trainer.  If you want more individualized attention, go to a smaller gym and pay more or go to an organization.  If you just need a little direction, the bigger gyms are without question cheaper. And they are good for some people.

Either way, the basis of any successful plan would have to be in any case diet and exercise.  Otherwise, you really cannot count on getting any results at all, let alone the real weight loss results you are looking for.
