Skinny Water Reviews

Do you remember Coke’s Vitamin Water? They were sued for giving people false hope. Apparently, somebody actually thought that Coke of all companies would produce a healthy source of needed vitamins and minerals….we were as shocked as anyone to learn that somebody actually believed this. We weren’t particularly surprised about Coke’s part in it. It had a pleasant enough taste and really nothing else.
But with Skinny Water, they sell in stores like Target for higher prices than most bottled water, and they really push the idea that they can help you to burn fat and lose weight home. They claim that Skinny Water will finally make it easy to lose weight with 0 calories, 0 sugar, and 0 guilt. We wonder, does that mean 0 potentially harmful artificial sweeteners? We doubt it. There is after all no way to really get that sweet taste without sugar.
However, of course, we give them a chance. The question is, is it worth spending more than bottled water already costs? They have a number of different flavors. But then again, so do popular brands such as Sobe for example. Each has slightly different flavorings for that reason. However, the main ingredients also vary. They have wake up formulas, total-v formulas, crave control, shape, hi-energy, and even detox.
The main thing to know is that none of them have ingredients that work. Yes, they do have varied formulas to some degree. But apparently they consider EGCG, calcium, potassium, and other ingredients such as that, essential vitamins for the most part, to be weight loss ingredients. They are not weight loss ingredients in any way.
Now the main controversy and disagreement that some may have with us is about EGCG. After all, we’ve heard all about it, its potent benefits, etc. If you were to look at the actual clinical study, the one thing that would be noted is that the benefits of EGCG do not include weight loss. Yes, it is a powerful antioxidant. But there is no antioxidant that promotes weight loss.
This is not to say that green tea, as a whole, if they were to use that, wouldn’t have that effect. But it should be noted that it’s not the antioxidants doing it. The reason why green tea promotes weight loss is because it has caffeine. The caffeine in green tea is actually the part helping you to burn fat and lose weight. That is why caffeine free green tea does not have this effect.
To be honest, this formula or set of formulas rather is lacking at best. None of them have any weight loss ingredients at all, and they don’t have any other related benefits. Skinny Water may sound good at first, especially being cheaper than most. But when you add up the bottles needed per month, it isn’t that cheap at all, and it is just another waste of time and money.
