Created by TwinLab, Ripped Fuel Extreme is a popular product that they claim is similar to the old ECA Stack fat burners.  They claim that Ripped Fuel Extreme will finally help you to get all the best results using ephedra again, but also using a few other ingredients.  They of course have both Ripped Fuel and Ripped Fuel Extreme.  But their extreme formula is supposed to be more powerful.

So let’s first look into the obvious.  Considering their description, they use about 20mg of ephedra.  You can legally use up to about 30mg.  But in any of those small amounts, you will not actually be able to get any benefits.  However, in this amount, it can still be relatively dangerous and it can still cause various side effects in general.  Ephedra is in no amount safe or something to brush off.  The fact that it cannot produce results in that amount just adds insult to injury.

From there, they use coleus forskohlii.  Now this particular ingredient has actually been proven to promote certain benefits.  Coleus forskohlii can actually help you to burn fat with natural chemicals from Ayurvedic medicine.  However, the problem is that it does not actually do this when you get this small amount only.  They use about 166mg when you would need over 1000mg.

Then they use guarana.  Guarana can promote weight loss when combined with damiana and yerba mate.  But without those ingredients, you will not get any effect at all. So obviously speaking, this will not help you to get the benefits that you want.  On its own, it really doesn’t matter how much you happen to have.  There is no weight loss result at all.

Finally, they use an ingredient called citrus aurantium.  Citrus aurantium has been used as the alternative to ephedra, and it has been quite successful when used in the right amounts.  Typically speaking, like ephedra, it requires about 250mg.  They have a grand total of 5mg.  So it will not give you those results obviously enough.

We would not recommend using Ripped Fuel Extreme.  It will not give you any benefits that you are looking for.  Yes, it has some potentially effective ingredients.  It can potentially help you to burn fat and otherwise see weight loss results, well it could in theory.  However, realistically speaking, they don’t have the right amounts of anything.  They have mere fractions of what would be needed such as for example 5mg of citrus aurantium.

But the simple fact is many of their ingredients like ginger for example or white willow bark aren’t even related to weight loss in the first place.  So all in all, you would just be wasting your time and money with Ripped Fuel Extreme.
