Relacore Reviews
Relacore is supposed to be the ultimate way to help you to lose weight and fight that belly bulge. They were originally based around the idea of reducing the levels of excess cortisol in your body and therefore fight that belly fat. But the reality is that high cortisol levels are defined as an extremely rare and extremely serious medical condition. Maybe 1% of the population will actually suffer from it at any given time. This being said, if you do have that problem, there are very specific steps to be taken with your doctor, not with some random diet pill.
That being said, Relacore was sued along with a number of other diet pills for unsubstantiated claims, and they were forced to change their advertising. Now they claim that scientists have found that belly fat is not your fault and they have found the way to fix it by overcoming your diet mistakes with again a magical pill. And it is still of course advertised largely through TV commercials.
So how does Relacore actually work? Relacore uses a proprietary blend, which is a fancy way of saying they aren’t going to tell you what amounts they use of each individual ingredient. It’s a fancy way of telling you that if they have valid ingredients, you will never know if they have the right amounts or not, because you don’t get to see the details. Of course, generally speaking, they don’t use blends big enough to even begin to account for one ingredient’s needs, let alone all of them. But that aside, you see the point.
In terms of ingredients, they use a blend of herbal sleep aids and relaxants such as magnolia, passion flower, scutellaria, etc. If you could lose weight using a sleep aid, you would have already done it. You could drink chamomile tea and lose weight. People using prescription sleep aids would be raving and coming in the droves to express their satisfaction with all of the weight they were able to lose. But of course, this doesn’t happen, because sleep aids and relaxants DO NOT PROMOTE WEIGHT LOSS as you may have already learned.
So what else do they have? They have panax ginseng. Panax ginseng is a stimulant capable of potentially promoting a thermogenic effect in the body. They require at least 400mg, and you can guarantee that with this basically undisclosed proprietary blend, you aren’t going to get that much. Moreover, back in the day when they were so focused on the idea of belly fat being due to stress, this would have definitely counteracted that. Stimulants in general, including Panax Ginseng, actually cause stress to the body, impairing sleep, giving people jitters in some cases, etc. So realistically speaking, while they don’t even have the required amount of Panax ginseng in the first place, the fact is that it goes against their most basic of claims(and by the way, they never reformulated).
Outside of that, they have DHEA, an ingredient known to enhance brain function. Again you have to ask yourself, does this have anything to do with weight loss at all? We would say no, of course not. There’s a reason that most aren’t stupid enough to pretend something like St John’s Wort or 5-HTP is a weight loss supplement. They don’t do that!
The reality is that with Relacore, you will not see weight loss. They should have been shut down all together for lack of even the appearance of a good product. But for some reason, they only forced them to make minor changes to their advertising so it would not denote a serious medical disorder. But of course, you still have the choice to buy or ignore this product, and we would highly suggest that you find something else that actually has substance among various other things of course.
