Primal Force Primal Lean Reviews

Primal Force Primal Lean is a popular product that they promise will help you to lose weight, burn fat, and it is literally the closest thing to losing weight effortlessly. But then they go one step further, actually claiming that you can lose weight without effort, without diet, without exercise. If you are actually following a healthy lifestyle plan, that could technically be true. But let’s face it. Most dieters aren’t actually losing weight because of the simple fact that they are not following any kind of healthy diet plan in general.
So does Primal Force Primal Lean actually work? Well, we are somewhat impressed by the ingredients. For example, we like irvignia gabonesis. It is a stimulant free fiber that some would say manipulates the hormone known as leptin in the body. But regardless of how it works, when you use the right amounts, there are clinical studies that show that not only does it promote greater fat burning and weight loss, it actually lowers bad cholesterol levels while raising good cholesterol levels!
Likewise, garcinia cambogia is among the most popular of stimulant free fat burners, using an active component known as HCA. It can ideally speaking promote greater weight loss results, and in some ways, garcinia cambogia could be rather significant in terms of weight loss results if used in amounts of 1500mg or more.
From there, you have an ingredient called fucoxanthin. Now, the studies on fucoxanthin are somewhat debatable. There are multiple studies. But they have all been conducted by the same lab and the same exact group of researchers! No changes at all. This points to serious bias and questions to say the least, and while completely safe without a doubt, all the studies have also been conducted on rats. So we don’t think this is a bad ingredient, just a questionable one that should not be relied upon by itself.
This being said, our biggest qualm with Primal Force Primal Lean is the amounts. They don’t actually have the right amounts of the ingredients we are most impressed by, using 500mg of garcinia cambogia as opposed to the needed 1500mg and 150mg of irvignia gabonesis as opposed to the needed 1500mg. We understand these are big amounts. But if you are going to use an ingredient, you should use the right amounts.
With all of this in mind, we like the ingredients. The other two ingredients actually do have the right amounts as far as we can tell, even though they are debatable to some degree, and there are some consumers who report online that they have achieved results. So we are on the fence about this one. We would recommend checking it out on an individual basis.
