Pinnothin Reviews

Pinnothin is based on the Korean pine nut oil, which as in clinical studies been shown to suppress appetite.  Some ate the pine nut before, and now they have of course extracted the active components from it and put it into pills in the original form.  Generally speaking, it is recognized that you should use about 3500mg or more.

However, Pinnothin is a patented form that is more concentrated and therefore more effective. They claim that Pinnothin will help you to eat less by increasing the sensation of fullness, and it is scientifically proven to increase the release of the satiety hormones known as CCK.  Of course, it’s more effective when combined with a healthy diet and exercise program.

The first clear study conducted on Pinnothin showed that results generally manifested themselves about 30-60 minutes after using 3000mg of Pinnothin, a slightly smaller amount as opposed to the original form of course.  Studies showed a significant reduction in food intake by 9% and caloric intake by 7%.

Studies so far have shown that there are no known side effects to this particular ingredient.  Yes, like any other ingredient, it could still cause allergic reactions.  However, it is relatively clear to many if they have these allergies as they can judge if they have an allergy to Korean pine nut oil in general.  There are no stimulants in general in Pinnothin.

You should always consult a physician if pregnant, nursing, or taking a prescription due to possible interactions with basically anything.  However, Pinnothin is generally regarded as safe to use.  It is available in a growing number of products, and frankly speaking, they can be found through the internet, health stores, and various other sources.

However, the problem with Pinnothin is that it requires about 3000mg.  3000mg is not actually an amount most or just about any product will bother using.  It costs too much, takes up too much space, and they would rather fill that space with useless fillers or in other words cheaper ingredients.  So that obviously produces issues in actually getting results.

However, should you find a product containing a proper amount of Pinnothin, you should use it. Or even if you see a product using Pinnothin in the wrong amount while using other ingredients in the right amounts, considering the high requirement, we wouldn’t be against using those.  Because honestly, the basic point is to get results.
