Phosphacore Reviews

Claiming you can say goodbye to belly fat, apparently Phosphacore allows you to lose up to an inch of belly fat every 7 days. They talk about a rare South African herb and its apparently miraculous benefits without changing your lifestyle. This is the first indicator of a scam. The “rare African herb” usually refers to hoodia, which has been proven not to work, and weight loss without diet and exercise isn’t going to happen.
Does It Work?
This being said, they claim that it fights abdominal fat, replaces fat with muscle, firms your problem areas, and is 100% safe and natural. Again, the misconceptions and false claims continue. Fat and muscle don’t come from the same cells. Basically you have your muscle cells and your fat cells. They can shrink and grow, but they do not actually replace each other, and as far as the problem areas go, you have to exercise in general and over time those will be affected as well.
Realistically, it comes down to the fact that they promise unrealistic results, and they don’t provide any information. As far as what that “rare South African herb” is, they don’t tell you. Even if it were hoodia, outside of the fact that it has been proven not to work, there was never even speculation about its fat burning capabilities. It was only ever promoted as an appetite suppressant.
Conclusion
We would not suggest buying Phosphacore. There are a million reasons listed above. But basically, it comes down to the facts of false advertising and no valid ingredients or valid information for that matter. So you would be far better off using something else.
