PhenterPatch Reviews

Created by Lab 88, PhenterPatch is supposed to be the replacement for prescription Phentermine in a patch. They claim that it will give you a steady weight loss aid that will increase the flow and release of these active ingredients throughout the day rather than all at once, and what’s better, you won’t have to think about it or remember it.

The only place we found it selling as on Amazon at this time, which is like selling on eBay. Yes, it’s expected that most products will be found there. But generally, they are found there as maybe a back up plan, sold by people who bought it on the main site, not by the actual retailer.

But this in mind, there is one thing to know about PhenterPatch that will really tell you all that you need to know. Patches do not work. Patches cannot send ingredients through the skin into the bloodstream, and they cannot promote weight loss on the natural market. A patch is never a valid method of delivery producing no results at all.

But even with this noted, we can still look at the ingredients to see if they even wasted their time getting that right in the first place. Their main ingredient and first ingredient is a fat blocker known as chitosan. Chitosan comes from the shells of crustaceans, and its results are debatable. But consumers tend to agree that in the right amounts it can work. Of course, these amounts tend to be in the higher triple digits, which they don’t have anyway.

Then they have fibers like psyllium husk and apple fiber as well as dietary fiber. The fact that these ingredients cannot get into the skin is just one more piece of the puzzle. But realistically, the only fiber that actually promotes weight loss results is glucomannan which comes from konjac. They don’t actually have that fiber at all, let alone the right amounts.

Their only other ingredient is a diuretic called senna. So if they had this in a pill form or another legitimate method of delivery, it may cause side effects related to senna such as irregular heartbeat, breathing problems, numbness or tingling, confusion, nervousness, unusual tiredness, weakness, heavy feelings in the legs, weak pulse, nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, excessive thirst, muscle cramps, pain, dehydration, and mental or mood changes.

So realistically speaking, the worst thing that is likely to happen with this product is that you are likely to suffer skin irritation. However, it is highly unlikely to actually cause side effects or really anything that would normally be associated with these ingredients. And it definitely will not actually promote weight loss, which is really supposed to be the whole point of things in general. This said, we would definitely not recommend using this product to anyone who doesn’t want to just waste their money.
