Phenamax Reviews

Phenamax is a popular diet pill generally sold on sites such as EutraMart for example.  They talk about free standard shipping on most of the popular sites, and they claim that Phenamax will help you to meet your weight loss goals when combined properly with diet and exercise.

You take 2 capsules of Phenamax in the morning with a full 8oz glass of water, and then you can apparently just magically speaking lose more weight.  They have a few basic ingredients, and they guarantee results.  But keep in mind, they only sell through third party retailers such as EutraMart for example.

So what are these revolutionary ingredients that make Phenamax better than other products in general?  Is it like Phentermine as you might assume or Fen Phen for that matter?  Well, first it has hoodia, which we really need to stress, but not in the way that you might expect.  Hoodia cannot legally be exported from South Africa.  So unless you’re buying locally in South Africa, you’re not going to get it.  But also, clinical studies have shown that hoodia does not produce any known benefits which includes appetite suppression.

Then you get into their other ingredients.  They seem to like a lot of “traditional medicinal” ingredients from poorer countries in general such as Brazil and South Africa.  For example, they use yerba mate and guarana.  These ingredients could blow up in the stomach and slow the gastric emptying process, keeping you full for longer periods of time.  But to do this, it has to also have damiana, which they don’t have.

From there, they use an ingredient called cha de bugre.  Cha de bugre has again been used in Brazil, and they claim that it burns fat and suppresses appetite at the same time.  Of course, this doesn’t hold true.  Cha de bugre has no known or proven benefits for that matter.  This means that you will not see any benefits at all.

Finally, their one effective ingredient would be green tea.  Green tea of course comes from Chinese medicine.  The problem is that it requires 400mg 50% caffeine green tea, and they don’t have any part of this at all.  Therefore, you won’t even get antioxidant benefits, let alone weight loss benefits popularly associated with green tea in general.

Their other ingredients aren’t even proposed to be weight loss ingredients.  White willow bark is meant more to work as a natural aspirin and temper the side effects related to caffeine.  Likewise, vitamin B6 is an essential B vitamin.  However, while it could produce more energy, it does not actually promote weight loss, nor does acacia gum.

So all in all, this supplement is poor at best.  It relies on hype rather than substantiated facts, and there are so many better options out there in general.  This product does not work for the benefits you would need, and luckily, there are many better products out there.
