Phen375 Reviews

Phen375_05Phen375 claims that you will finally be able to lose the weight and keep it off.  They claim to burn fat, increase metabolism, decrease appetite, and otherwise give you the results you are actually looking for without all the hassle.  They talk about a prescription grade alternative to prescription Phentermine without the prescription required, and they essentially speaking pain a pretty picture for you.

So how does Phen375 work?  Phen375 works with caffeine.  Caffeine is an extremely popular stimulant that creates a thermogenic effect within the body.  In fact, it is so popular that almost every diet pill out there actually uses it.  This being said, it is known for quite a few side effects.  However, without the amounts needed of 400mg or more, they don’t actually have the results you need.  They don’t actually bother using the right amounts.  To their credit, they are not the only ones who do this by any means.

Then they use DHEA.  DHEA is a powerful antioxidant that has been linked to improved brain function.  It has various other effects of course such as killing off free radicals, which can naturally improve the skin and other things that are affected by harmful free radicals.  This being said, the one thing DHEA has not been connected to is fat burning, appetite suppressing, or otherwise weight loss in general.

Finally, they use an ingredient called l-carnitine.  We’ve seen the commercials for certain types of lotion claiming it tightens skin, eliminates cellulite, etc.  None of this has been proven, and quite frankly none of this is true.  It has never actually been connected to any kind of fat burning, even in commercials.  Studies definitely have not substantiated any of these claims at all.

As you can see, these ingredients definitely don’t promote weight loss.  They don’t measure up to any kind of higher standard, and yet they talk about, among other things, it being “prescription grade.”  There is no such thing as a prescription grade over the counter diet pill.  It’s meant to imply some kind of prestige.  But all it really implies is false advertising.

In addition, while the amounts of caffeine may not be sufficient to promote results, they are sufficient to cause various side effects.  Caffeine has been well known for its ability or maybe curse of causing things such as insomnia, racing heartbeat, chest pain, dizziness, headache, nauseas, insomnia, mood swings, cramping, constipation, diarrhea, tension, anxiety, high blood pressure, you get the basic idea.  Phen375 comes with all these side effects which are, granted, mild compared to prescription Phentermine.  But without results, what is it that is supposed to temper them?

We would not recommend using Phen375.  It has no potential to help you to lose weight, burn fat, or any of that to be quite frank.  Phen375 instead will only cause side effects that you weren’t bargaining for when you decided to try an alternative to Phentermine, and of course the false advertising doesn’t help.  It is not capable of producing weight loss at all.
