OxygenFit Reviews

Oxygenfit is the equivalent of many products we’ve seen for men. But they claim to provide exercise and related weight loss for women. It’s the online version of Curves we guess you could say. They claim that it’s high performance weight loss that you could literally use anywhere, and apparently you can even travel with it!

Okay, so maybe you can’t travel with all of it. For one thing, they have a huge ball that you are supposed to lay on and use for many of your workouts, and there’s no way that thing is traveling. But they also have videos and smaller pieces that can more easily go with you on trips and so on.

Basically speaking, they have all sorts of little pieces and books and videos that direct you on exactly what ab exercises to use, what targeted methods to use, what general body workouts to use. They claim that a woman’s body is different, and it is. The problem is that the differences often lie in hormones rather than anything else.

So how does it actually work? Well it doesn’t. There is one basic thing that you should know about weight loss. You could do all the crunches in the world, and you would not actually lose that belly fat or tighten those abs. But you’ve been working so hard on that! It’s just not fair! What are you doing wrong?

Well for starters, these exercises target muscles, and these are the exercises you will actually find in OxygenFit. To the average consumer, they seem easy, they seem to make sense, and it’s as little actual exertion as possible. But the problem is that in order to burn fat in any area, and you cannot actually target areas of fat, you have to use cardio.

Yes, you can use those tacky 80’s exercise videos. You can use Slim in 6, which honestly made me want to strangle the video, because while it may be motivating for other people, it drove me for one completely nuts! I actually muted the TV, because the actual workouts were good at the time, it was just her voice that was killing me.

Or you could use the treadmill or other machines. There are a lot of people who love the elliptical for various reasons that we actually understand. It’s easy, and yet it works many parts of the body. So all in one. We’ve also found that a lot of people actually really like the kickboxing videos. Some are now modeled more toward cardio rather than protecting yourself more effectively, and that may be just what you are looking for.

But no matter how you get it, in order to burn fat, YOU NEED CARDIO! Programs like this are too busy worrying about what you want to hear rather than what you need to hear. They want to help you to think that workouts can be specific to women. Frankly speaking, diet pills and diets can be specific towards women. Exercise programs cannot. And this particular exercise program doesn’t even have any fat burning exercises in the first place. So that obviously makes it even worse.
