Oxotrim Reviews

oxotrim_03oxotrim_05Oxotrim claims that you will be able to lose all the weight you want without the struggle.  They claim that Oxotrim will create a more youthful body, better metabolism, and otherwise clinically proven results.  They claim that Oxotrim accelerates fat loss, boosts your metabolism, suppresses appetite, increases energy expenditure, and is safe and effective.  Of course it should be combined with diet and exercise.  But they claim some have lost up to 22 pounds in 8 weeks.

They also claim that Oxotrim can basically double your weight loss results based on one ingredient: 7-Keto.  They talk about it being the revolutionary ingredient that changes everything, and to their credit it is clinically proven, and most people don’t bother using it.  This being said, they say that Oxotrim will improve yo9ur body to help to maintain results in the future.

So how does Oxotrim work?  It starts out of course using 7-keto.  7-keto has been proven in clinical studies to promote a greater thermogenic fat burning effect while also enhancing brain function.  It has never really been found to suppress appetite as they suggest.  This being the case, all successful studies have used 200mg.  They use about 50mg.  So obviously, they cannot even begin to replicate the results of studies.

Then it works with caffeine based ingredients such as advantra-z, caffeine, and green tea.  Ideally speaking, these ingredients could promote a thermogenic fat burning effect within the body.  However, many find that the results of caffeine are extremely limited and only last for a short period of time.  In addition, it requires at least 400mg of any one form of caffeine.  So essentially speaking, with 3 types it would require about 1200mg of caffeine and that would certainly cause side effects.  They use 100mg of green tea and the others follow, and yes it does still cause side effects.

Finally, they use a number of amino acids and a mood lifter that have nothing to do with weight loss at all.  These ingredients will not promote any weight loss, they have no related benefits at all, and there is no reason realistically speaking for them to be there.  Companies use these because they are cheap and they take up space.  That’s really about it.

We would not recommend using Oxotrim.  It will cause plenty of caffeine related side effects, negating their claim about it being safe.  But it will not actually help you to lose weight, despite what they would have you believe.

With this in mind, you can see this for yourself by the fact that only half their ingredients are proven and related to weight loss, and among those, you will not find any with the clinically proven amounts.  And unfortunately, the clinically proven amounts could be said to be everything.  After all, you are not actually replicating successful studies without them.  We would highly recommend that you find something else that does have all that Oxotrim is missing.
