Nutriveda Reviews

Nutriveda Weight Management Shakes are meant to replace a meal of 2 per day to help you to lose weight.  They claim to bridge the gap between the “wellness conscious consumers and the producers of organic food.”  It apparently comes from a multi level marketing health company known as Zrii, and they call it a groundbreaking new development in terms of weight loss and health.

So how does it work?  Well first o fall you should know a little about Zrii.  Zrii was actually modeled after bigger companies such as Noni and Xango.  But they have only recently developed any products or company at all.  Typically speaking, you pay a fee to get started, some have said thousands of dollars, and then hopefully you get other people in your line under you to try to make your money back.

This being said, NutriVeda claims that it can suppress appetite, eliminate cravings, increase energy, use a low carb and low glycemic index formula,a dn otherwise.  Apparently, it has 20 amino acids, and otherwise it supports normal blood sugar levels and higher metabolism for greater fat loss.

Its formula is all natural to say the least.  They use gymnema sylvestre, which has been proven to control and regulate natural blood sugar levels.  Likewise, they use green tea, which is the most popular and well known fat burner known to of course increase metabolism while also giving you certain antioxidant benefits.  The problem is that they don’t disclose the amounts of any of their ingredients.  Green tea alone requires at least 400mg to promote fat loss and burning.  We can basically guarantee they don’t have that, maybe not even half of that.  And controlling your blood sugar levels makes only a small difference.

Then they move onto things you can find in your kitchen.  For example, cinnamon has been shown to actually improve and control your blood sugar levels in certain amounts.  But again, controlling blood sugar levels plays a rather small part in substantial weight loss results and success.  However, they also use cayenne.  Cayenne has been said to promote greater thermogenic fat burning within the body while also providing you with needed and essential vitamins and minerals.  The problem is that again they don’t disclose appropriate and effective amounts.

From there, they have one ingredient known as guggul.  It has been said to support a healthy thyroid as well as muscle development.  But there are two types of guggul, a yellow kind and a brown kind.  Only the brown variety actually promotes these benefits.  The yellow variety is basically useless.  They don’t use the patented form which would use the brown, and they don’t specify for a reason.  The yellow variety is much cheaper, and most consumers would never know the difference if not for the complete lack of results.

This being said, their other ingredients may well be health ingredients.  But they have nothing to do with weight loss.  They include turmeric, amalaki, and haritaka.  The only reason that you might believe them to be effective to some degree is that they have foreign sounding names.  Otherwise, there is really nothing to separate them from anything else such as green tea for example.

We would not recommend using this Zrii product.  It does not promote weight loss results, and there are far better products available out there.  Zrii is at the end of the day a MLM company that charges you expensive start up fees and is trying to make as much money as they can.  They vastly overcharge you, because obviously a small amount goes to paying other associates above you.  But for the most part, the money just goes into their pockets, definitely not into the product itself.
