Natural cellulite treatment with cellulite reduction diets
First things first: everyone has fat. We live in a society that glorifies the skinny, real-life Barbie dolls, but the fact of the matter is that common folks do not look like that. Many have heard of a term used for fat called cellulite. Cellulite is simply the buildup of fat localized to one specific region on the body. Presently, many diets exist that tout results in the elimination of unwanted cellulite by targeting these unsightly areas of the human body.
Anti-cellulite diets have a very simple concept. Do not gorge yourself on any types of food(s). Doing so will only lead to an increase in fat buildup on all parts of the body. Secondly, an exercise program (nothing extreme, just a little activity here and there) is strongly recommended. Thirdly, the adherence towards eating certain types of foods, while avoiding others, leads to the quickest results possible.
First off, some of the foods that you should eat (and always remember organic foods are a plus):
- Blueberries
- Blackberries
- Cherries
- Mangos
- Oranges
- Strawberries
- Raspberries
- Cranberries
- Grapefruit
- Apples
- Spinach
- Tomatoes
- Fennel
- Bell Peppers
- Carrots
- Oily Fishes
- Nuts and Seeds
- Lots of Water!
Now, there are also some foods that you should strive to avoid at all costs. As you probably can guess, these are your typical junk foods. Basically, any type of health food (fruits and vegetables in particular) can be beneficial in anti-cellulite diets. Conversely, unhealthy foods aid in the growth of cellulite, including:
- Alcohol, which dehydrates the body. And if lots of water is recommended for a productive anti-cellulite diet, you can be rest assured that dehydration will promote the production of cellulite.
- Soda, for many of the same reasons as alcohol—also for the ridiculous amounts of sodium and sugar.
- Refined foods, particularly those with artificial sweeteners. Basically, avoid any and all junk foods. How can you identify junk food? If you have to ask, the product probably is.
- High protein foods—sorry meat lovers.
As mentioned above, to achieve the full effect of a positive anti-cellulite diet, exercise is in order. Whether you decide to walk, jog, or run twenty minutes every other day, ride a bicycle three times a week, or start hitting the gym to tackle various exercises, a good fitness regimen can really aid the beneficial eating habits in the destruction of unwanted cellulite around the body. Rarely can dieting alone provide the results you seek, so remember this when you feel unmotivated to do any form of physical activity.
While cellulite, the buildup of fat on certain areas of the body (particularly prevalent in the female sex), can be unsightly and unwanted, there is a ray of hope. Diets that include the reasonable intake of fruits, vegetables, and other healthy products, avoiding all junk foods, can promote the destruction of cellulite. Including an exercise program only helps this process. Cellulite may seem evil, but there are ways of keeping it under control.
