Metabolife Extreme Energy Reviews

Now here’s a product that Metabolife has to admit has caffeine! After all, extreme energy, it has to have caffeine. They stick to their basic calims about unisex formula, contains herbal ingredients, sodium, gluten, and fat or otherwise allergen free, and it helps maintain energy. That’s the only one typically speaking somewhat different from the rest.
So the question becomes, does this product help you to lose weight and burn fat along the way? Does it provide you with just another underpowered caffeine pill that will cause side effects and overstimulation? Or is there something better out there under the Metabolife name? Well honestly speaking, we doubt any product created by the likes of Metabolife.
They certainly have a number of energy supplements, all packed into one 688mg proprietary blend. By that, we can deduct that they don’t have the right amounts, and really, the side effects of caffeine should be the least of your worries. The fillers and otherwise will cause more serious problems when coupled with a lack of effects here.
But what are the actual ingredients? First of all, they have some “Brazilian ingredients” known as yerba mate and guarana. These ingredients could promote a feeling of fullness for a longer period of time if you used damiana as well. But while guarana has been commonly regarded as a fat burner among some or the caffeine free energy supplement among others, realistically it doesn’t do either.
Then there’s ingredients like Asian ginseng. Asian ginseng is more of a pick me up, and it has been known to provide energy. But for real results in every capacity, you would typically speaking need about 400mg, which you really aren’t going to find here. It’s not really surprising all things considered.
From there, you see green tea, the most popular of caffeine based fat burners. You have to have at least 400mg of 50% caffeine or more. But obviously with a blend just over 600mg, there is no way you are actually going to get that. And really, there are so many better options in general. Green tea is just too complicated to find in the right way, even though it should be extremely easy.
Rhodiola rosea is one ingredient that one must admit is only an energy supplement, not a weight loss supplement. Some have tried to pass it off as a fat burner. They’ve tried to do that with a number of different ingredients. But those results do not apply. This ingredient is only an energy pill and that’s even debatable to a certain degree.
Metabolife Extreme Energy is basically another caffeine Pill. It doesn’t get any better than any of their other supplements, and of course you probably won’t even get enough energy with this product, which is unfortunate to say the least. Luckily, there are other products that are more than just a caffeine pill, and they actually provide weight loss results.
