Liquid cleanse diet

There are a lot of different types of dieting and cleansing that work for different people, but the problem is that there are also many kinds of cleanse diets that are dangerous and should only be undertaken under the supervision of a doctor. However, this doesn’t mean that all types of cleansing diets are harmful or dangerous, so it is important to differentiate between those that are dangerous and those that are not. To help you, we’ve decided to create this guide to a type of liquid cleanse diet that is safe and can help you lose the weight that you desire.

The basic premise behind a liquid cleanse diet is to use nutrient rich liquids to feed your body during a fast so that you can cleanse out toxins and impurities. There are varying durations for diets like these, but more dangerous diets will have you drinking only water for long periods of time, which is not only unnatural, but can also put your body into a starvation mode where it holds on to fat rather than burns it off. To fully take advantage of a liquid cleansing diet, you have to make sure that you are using liquids that will nourish your body while also enabling it to detoxify itself.

There are basically 4 different liquids that are very effective for doing this:

  • Apple Cider Vinegar, which is great for flushing out toxins and impurities, but be sure to use pure apple cider vinegar and not “flavored” apple cider vinegar.
  • Pure Lemonade, which is also a great detoxifier and nutrient rich drink.
  • Pure Apple Juice, which is rich in vitamins and works with your liver and kidneys to detoxify your body.
  • Water, which is the most natural fluid inside of your body and is essential to stay healthy and maintain a proper nutrient balance inside of your body.

The key to a good liquid diet cleanse is to make sure that you only ingest liquids that are free of added sugars and preservitaves, which can work against the body’s natural detox processes. Lemon juice is great for increasing bile flow out of the kidneys and liver and out of your body all together. Vinegar and apple juice also work to flush out your body’s internal systems, while water is used as the final flush.

A typical liquid cleanse diet would consist of a daily fast once a week for 4 weeks. In the first week, you would use pasteurized apple juice, which you would drink a gallon of on that day. The second week, and second day of fasting, you would drink a gallon of lemonade throughout the day. On the third day of fasting and in the third week, you would drink the apple cider vinegar, but rather than drinking a gallon (this would be terrible for you), drink 4 tablespoons throughout the day. On the last day/week of the fasting diet, you would drink a gallon of water. This final day would flush out your system and hopefully completely purify your body of toxic buildup.

Remember that during a liquid cleanse diet you should not eat any food and drink only the required liquid and/or water. Without any food to digest, your body will start to purify itself automatically and although this can be unpleasant with some side effects, by the end of the diet you should feel completely clean and refreshed. Many people fast for longer, and this is an option for you if you want to lose more weight. However, I recommend starting small to see how you do with this diet. If you feel comfortable going longer, than you can work towards that goal.
