Lipozene Reviews

Lipozene claims to be the diet pill that is “clinically proven to reduce body fat.”  They claim that you can reduce your weight, reduce body fat, and it’s completely safe and effective.  They advertise through TV infomercials for the most part, claiming that “78% of each pound lost is PURE BODY FAT.”  There are no studies even on the best fat burners that would suggest this particular number, and they claim to use really only one ingredient.

This being said, they also go so far as to suggest that you can lose weight without diet, exercise, or otherwise a change in lifestyle.  Now this is dangerous.  There are very few companies callous enough to try this, because realistically speaking, it is not plausible.  Sometimes people lose weight without diet or exercise, but it’s generally because of an undiagnosed medical condition such as type 1 diabetes.  With type 1 diabetes, it could be said that one will lose about 30 pounds give or take a little before diagnosis.  But after diagnosis and treatment, that weight will be gained back.

This being said, when diet pills talk about helping you to lose weight without diet or exercise, it is generally entirely fraudulent.  We suspect that it is that way with this.  However, for those who are not just fraudulent and even with some of those who are, it means that you are going to see serious side effects and problems.  It means that you could even risk heart attack, stroke, death, or various other side effects often associated only with extreme things like ephedra or fen phen.

So how does Lipozene actually work?  Lipozene has one ingredient and one ingredient only.  It is known as glucomannan, and surprisingly enough, it’s 100% safe.  Glucomannan is a natural fiber that blows up in the stomach when combined with 8oz of water.  It suppresses the appetite.  But it has nothing at all to do with fat burning.  In fact, in studies, it promoted rather gradual weight loss, and that’s probably why they think they can call it a fat burner.

Fiber does not burn fat, appetite suppressants do not burn fat.  But most of us fall into the idea and the fact that fat burning takes time.  This being said, they assume that because an appetite suppressant will promote rather gradual weight loss, you may as well assume it’s all fat.  This is not realistic, and frankly speaking there is no confirmation that they even use the right amounts.  Glucomannan typically requires about 1000mg.  We’ve only seen a select few supplements use it, and we can basically guarantee that Lipozene is not among them.

Lipozene relies on TV ads for a  reason.  If they were to just present their product to you at face value, you would never actually want to buy it.  You would know right off the bat that this product would not come through.  But we all fall into the hope that you could lose weight without actually having to work for it or change anything.  Unfortunately, there is no magical pill that will ever help you to do that, and you would be much better off choosing something that is honest about that.

If you are looking for an all natural and safe formula, we have listed some that even include the required amount of their only ingredient known as glucomannan.  Of course, they combine it with other ingredients that will help you to burn away more weight when combined with diet and exercise, and they also come with a more reasonable price and a real money back guarantee.  So just check out our top products for a better alternative to Lipozene.
