Meant to help you to block hunger and help you to increase your metabolism to lose weight, Lipoway is apparently the ultimate diet pill that will give you automatic portion control.  They also claim to have some kind of guaranteed lifetime money back guarantee.  But they basically claim you can achieve natural appetite suppression, healthy, safe, and natural weight loss, non invasive stomach blockage, automatic portion control, support for a healthy colon, improved regularity, increased self esteem and confidence, and better overall health.  So it sounds like they are promoting a colon cleanse with glucomannan. Of course however, they don’t say that.

So how does Lipoway actually work?  Well despite what one may think, they don’t have any cleansers or fat burners available. They don’t have the right ingredients in general for that kind of effect, and with that the only health benefits you achieve will be directly connected to weight loss in general.

However, what they do have is what we expected as glucomannan.  Glucomnanan is a natural konjac fiber that basically blows up in the stomach and effectively suppresses the appetite for greater weight loss results. This formula can therefore give you certain weight loss benefits, being that they apparently use 1500mg, which is above the needed amount of just 1000mg.

However, our problem with Lipoway lies in advertising.  They want to be a multi function diet pill burning fat, cleansing the body, suppressing appetite, and otherwise.  But realistically speaking, the things they describe as far as benefits for the most part only come from those processes.  Glucomannan only suppresses appetite.

The typical weight loss with glucomannan is about 5.5 pounds over an 8 week period of time as opposed to about 0.3 pounds in the placebo group.  So the weight loss is rather significant, and it can make a bigger difference in general.  However, it is not what they advertise.

In addition, they seem to use what’s called a proprietary blend.  A proprietary blend means that they aren’t going to tell you how much they use of whatever ingredient, which is odd considering they only have one ingredient!

A common problem with proprietary blends is that they hide quite a few fillers and preservatives.  We suspect that more than half of this formula is made up not of glucomannan which does suppress appetite, but rather made up of fillers that harm the body without actually promoting any weight loss.

We would definitely suggest something outside of Lipoway.  There are far too many warning signs, and frankly speaking, there are quite a few other options that stand out to say the least and really give you greater benefits in general.  We would definitely recommend checking those out instead.
