Created by the infamous company known as Nutrex, Lipo 6X Advanced Formula claims that they have improved upon all other Lipo 6 products.  It started out with of course Just Lipo 6 then progressed to Lipo 6X and so on and so forth, all claiming to be hardcore and the ultimate fat burners for women.  We say, when you have a good thing going, stick with it. Obviously, they don’t have as good a thing going as they would like you to believe.

But they claim that this formula can burn fat fast, and apparently it has the world’s most powerful formula with rapid release liquid capsules and controlled and extended release inside capsules.  This is split into 2 phases basically releasing part at one time and part later on.  But it makes you wonder, is there really anything special about Lipo 6X Advanced Formula.

First of all, they have an ingredient called synephrine.  It’s a cousin to ephedra, and they call it the replacement to ephedra.  They claim that it will help you to burn fat, suppress appetite, increase energy, basically all the benefits of ephedra, but all without the side effects often associated with ephedra.  If there’s one thing they definitely have in common, it’s the amount and dosage required.  Typically speaking, it requires about 250mg.  They have a grand total of 30mg.  There are no restrictions on the amounts of synephrine allowed, they are just cheap.

Then they use a blend of apparently thyroid stimulating ingredients.  Stimulating the thyroid isn’t really going to help you to lose weight.  Fixing an underactive thyroid could make it a bit easier.  But it’s no magical approach, and if you have that problem, you need to visit a doctor who will give medical treatment. This blend doesn’t even actually consist of ingredients that would have the thyroid healthy iodine ironically.  They instead use mood lifters.  Isn’t that supposed to be more related to the again medical disorder known as excess cortisol?

Anyway, moving on, they have another ingredient known as guggulsterones which have been known to promote the building of lean muscle mass.  However, the trick is that there are two varieties of guggulsterones.  The dark variety has been known to promote some weight loss and muscle building in the right amounts.  They don’t have those amounts and they have the light variety. The light variety is cheaper.  But it is also completely ineffective.

They use a number of good fatty acids that do not promote weight loss mixed with one that promotes about 2 extra pounds per year.  Btu that would also require about 4500mg as opposed to their total blend of 600mg meant to cover all of those ingredients.

The worst part about this formula is their use of yohimbine, an aphrodisiac specifically meant for MEN! Not women keep in mind.  This ingredient has never really been connected to weight loss, it’s just an aphrodisiac.  But it has been connected to side effects such as heart attack, stroke, renal failure, kidney damage, etc.  So obviously, for that reason alone, but especially when combined with the lack of other valid ingredients, you don’t actually want to use Lipo 6X Advanced Formula to lose weight.
