There are many combinations of fruits and vegetables that can be juiced together. Most raw fruits and vegetables are full of vitamins and other essential nutrients that the body needs to stay healthy.

Here are some juicing recipes that you can try if you would like to participate in a juice fast.

Morning Smoothie

  • 2 large oranges
  • 2 peaches
  • 6 strawberries fresh or frozen
  • ½ banana
  • Crushed ice (optional)

Squeeze or juice the orange. Put the juice in a blender with some crushed ice if desired. Add other fruits and blend until smooth. Great for morning get up and go!

Berry Berry Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup blackberries, blueberries, or raspberries
  • ½ banana
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Crushed Ice (optional)

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Meal Replacement Juice

  • 1 apple
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1 stalk of celery sliced
  • ½ bag of baby carrots
  • 2 TBSP Protein powder

Mix all ingredients together in the blender. Blend until smooth. Adding protein powder makes sure you get protein as needed.

Wow Better Than V-8 Juice

  • 2 medium tomatoes pureed
  • 1 stalk of celery chopped
  • ½ apple sliced
  • Sprig of parsley
  • 2 carrots

Puree tomatoes then add other ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Drink!

Mellow Melon Cooler

  • 1 cup cubed watermelon seeded
  • 1 cup cubed cantaloupe seeded
  • 1 cup cubed honeydew melon seeded
  • ¼ tsp ginger

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until well blended.

Afternoon Delight

  • ½ bag baby carrots
  • 1 apple sliced
  • ¼ tsp ginger

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink

Evening Cooler

  • 1 cup Watermelon cubed
  • 1 apple sliced
  • 4 carrots sliced

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until well blended.

Tropical Paradise Drink

  • 1 Pomegranate
  • 3 Kiwi sliced
  • ½ cup seedless grapes green or red

Peel Kiwi and place in blender with other ingredients. Blend until smooth

Island Paradise Juice

  • 1 cup cubed watermelon
  • 1 mango peeled and seeded
  • 1 kiwi peeled
  • 1 lime

Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.

Sunshine Juice

  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1 peach peeled and sliced
  • ½ banana

Place ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.

Virgin Mary Juice

  • 1 tomato peeled
  • 1 celery leaf
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Dash Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • Black pepper

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until blended

As you can see there are many different juice combinations that you can use in order to have a good variety of tastes and flavors. Juice drink recipes can be doubled and the remaining juice refrigerated for several hours, even overnight if needed.
