Jillian Michaels Extreme Maximum Strength Calorie Control Reviews
Sold through GNC outlets and advertised as the creation of one fitness trainer known as Jillian Michaels, the Jillian Michaels Extreme Maximum Strength Calorie Control formula is supposed to significantly reduce caloric intake with just 2 capsules before 2 of your main meals per day. They claim that there are easy to swallow metacaps, and it can help you to make sound decisions about your diet.
But of course, one should keep in mind that as much as we love celebrities, they are not qualified to really create amazing diet pills, because like many of the average users, they don’t actually know about the studies, nor have they conducted any of these studies themselves.
They do have a number of interesting ingredients, and we assume that she was just paid to put her face on this line of products. She did not actually create it. But that means that they are spending all your money on celebrity endorsements and not on the actual product, which is obviously troublesome in its own way.
They have for example damiana, yerba mate, and guarana. But like all the other ingredients, they pack them into tiny proprietary blends that do not possibly account for the needed amounts of each given ingredient. That is something that in general terms applies to all of their ingredients. And frankly without the right amounts, they cannot actually provide results.
Then they have coffee bean and otherwise sources of caffeine. These require at least 400mg each and with their tiny proprietary blends, one being just 240mg, you obviously aren’t going to get that amount. But the simple fact is that they also cause side effects which are not balanced out when you do not have the right amounts in the first place for weight loss results.
They use cocoa, but they don’t use it in the theobromine variety, which would use caffeine to burn fat. Without that, all you have is an antioxidant that does provide certain benefits. The problem is that they are not weight loss. So obviously speaking, you could definitely find something better.
Outside of that, they have ginger, which has been known to reduce stomach upset. However, reducing stomach upset in this case does not actually promote weight loss. Likewise, they use a few amino acids. Amino acids do feed muscles yes. But they do not build muscles, nor do they actually burn fat or otherwise promote weight loss.
Their final ingredient can be used to lessen side effects often associated with caffeine. White willow bark is a natural caffeine and has been shown to have certain benefits in general. However, it does not in itself promote weight loss.
We would not recommend using Jillian Michaels Extreme Maximum Strength Calorie Control. It does not give you the benefits you are looking for, and there are obviously better options out there that could give you the benefits you need.
