Irvingia Gabonesis Reviews

Irvignia gabonesis is an ingredient that has recently appeared in a number of different products and weight loss formulas. They claim that it will help you to battle obesity, though of course, since it’s new, most haven’t focused on it quite as much as we would like to see in some cases. The question is, does it actually work?

There have been many hyped and non hyped ingredients that have been used but haven’t worked. The classic example of this would be hoodia. Hoodia has been proven time and time again not to work. Every study has shown that it has no known benefits in any amount tested thus far, and they have used quite large amounts. It has not shown results in animal studies or human studies for that matter, and they can’t export it from South Africa anyway. But still, we are led by the media to think it’s the next big miracle in weight loss.

So the question becomes, is irvignia gabonesis any better, or is it just another scam like hoodia? Is it hyped with no justification or are the studies actually positive? Are there any studies at all? These are all good questions to be asking. In answer to that, with irvignia gabonesis, there actually are studies. There are valid studies that illustrate that irvignia gabonesis may actually promote weight loss results and help in the battle against obesity. So what are the exact stats of said studies?

During a month long study on irvignia gabonesis, the study showed that mean body weight significantly decreased in the group using this herb. Likewise, they saw significant decrease in body fat, total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, triglycerides, and an increase of HDL cholesterol. So obviously, it has benefits that go into obesity related health issues, not just obesity itself. This being said, it has been said to have a significant application when it comes to weight loss for obvious reasons.

Irvignia gabonesis has in some cases been compared to glucomnanan, another natural fiber. Glucomannan of course blows up in the stomach and effectively suppresses appetite while also affecting natural cholesterol levels and lowering bad cholesterol. However, because of the fact that irvignia gabonesis can actually raise good cholesterol levels as well, it makes it better to some degree.

So all in all, we would recommend looking into irvignia gabonesis. It’s a good ingredient. And with the right amounts, ideally speaking it could promote weight loss. It is much like many other fibers and otherwise ingredients of its kind. It actually requires about 1500mg 3 times daily to get the maximum benefit and tested benefits. However, should you actually get that amount, we don’t doubt that irvignia gabonesis could easily show rather significant results to say the least.
