Hot Rox Extreme

Hot Rox Extreme pills by Biotest promise to increase a dieter’s fat loss by 500%. They also heavily promote the apparent, “feel good” effect of the pill, claiming that it makes you feel happy after ingesting it. Let’s take a closer look at the ingredients which include A7-E Super-Thermogenic Gel XXX500, Carbolin™ 19, Piperine, Yohimbine HCl, and Caffeine.

Active Ingredients
A7-E Super-Thermogenic Gel XXX500 [lauroyl macrogol-32 glycerides, p-methylcarbonylethylphenol, 3,17-dihydroxy-delta-5-etiocholane-7-one diethylcarbonate, Carbolin™ 19 (forskolin 1,9-carbonate), piperine, yohimbine HCl]: The website claims that A7-E is the longest lasting fat burning ingredient known to science. Biotest claims that they tested A7-E many, many, many times and that it works 24/7. They state that their last test was the biggest research project in sports-supplement history and that it worked wonders on middle aged women. What they don’t tell you is that the study is unpublished and can’t be found anywhere. There is no mention of whether there was a control group, what dosage was given to the test subjects- there is simply no information regarding the study.

Carbolin™ 19 (forskolin 1,9-carbonate): This is one of the ingredients that makes A7-E. On their website, Biotest states that Carbolin 19 has been tested and is a highly pure version of forskolin, which can help you gain muscle mass. Unfortunately, we do not know how many milligrams of forskolin are in Carbolin 19, so we do not know if it will have the desired effect.

Piperine: Another of the ingredients in A7-E, piperine has been found to inhibit enzymes that metabolize drugs, which can mean that they become usable by your body immediately. If any of the ingredients in Hot Rox Extreme Pills work the way that Biotest promises, then the addition of Piperine to the mix could be helpful. Unfortunately, it could affect the metabolism of other drungs you take, so you should consult a physician prior to taking the pill.

Yohimbine HCl: Biotest alleges that Yohimbine HCl can block receptors that can make your stubborn areas resistant to fat loss. Based on this, they present Yohimbine HCl as a fat spot reducer. A study conducted by the Institute of Sport Medicine, Sports Academy Belgrade found that Yohimbine HCl can reduce fat in athletes. Did you catch that? Athletes. So, if you aren’t an athlete burning thousands of calories a day, there is no proof that Yohimbine HCl will help you. Additionally, these athletes ingested 40 milligrams of Yohimbine HCl per day. We have no idea how many milligrams are in Hot Rox Extreme Pills.

Caffeine: There is no amount of caffeine listed on the bottle, so you should be sure to drink plenty of water while taking Hot Rox Extreme Pills. Hopefully, it’s just enough caffeine to get you in gear to work out and give you energy to get through your day.

Side Effects and Warnings
Some of the side effects warned of from taking Hot Rox Extreme Pills are: rash, headaches, and hot flashes. It is possible that the caffeine in Hot Rox will cause some or all of the side effects. The bottle also mentions that pregnant or breast feeding women should not take this supplement. Those who are elderly or chronically ill should also avoid hot Rox. Because of the piperine in Hot Rox, anyone taking medications should not take Hot Rox.

Since the Food and Drug Administration have not evaluated or issued statements on many of the ingredients in Hot Rox, and because clinical studies are few and many unpublished, you should not take Hot Rox without consulting a physician. You don’t know how these ingredients may affect you or work with any medications you are currently on, so consultation with a physician is strongly recommended.
