Hormone injections and vitamin B12 shots for weight loss
Do you remember when you were a young child and were told you had to go to the doctor for a shot? Since the banning of HCG for weight loss, there are not very many places in the United States that still do this. If you can find one at all, it is going to cost quite a bit. There are also a few nasty side effects from the use of this hormone. You may enjoy the sensation of abdominal discomfort, fatigue, be irritable, have a headache, experience soreness in the breasts, and retention of water.
While people may keep holding out hope in finding that perfect way to lose weight that is easy, requiring no dieting or exercise, it seems quite clear that this has not been discovered just yet. There just does not seem to be any other effective way to lose weight beyond healthy eating and a decent form of exercise. Nearly all other methods really do not work for the long haul, and almost always carry a risk, ranging from mild to dangerous. Not to mention a relatively high price tag. So, while you may be willing to take all the weight loss shots that are deemed necessary in order to shed some unwanted pounds, it seems that science hasn’t quite caught up with what you are willing risk.
