Green Tea Fat Burner Reviews

Created by Applied Nutrition and sold in multiple stores, the Green Tea Fat Burner is one of the best known green tea based products, and of course they coined the most common possible name or most searched possible name before anybody else could. So it’s not bad obviously speaking for marketing.  This in mind, they claim that it will help you to lose 20 pounds quickly.

But apparently, the Green Tea Fat Burner is not just the obvious fat burner that its name implies.  It is also a powerful appetite suppressant. So essentially speaking, they give you multiple approaches to weight loss for your greater success as a member of the general population of people who most likely have a bigger problem.

We have to assume of course that they have green tea.  After all, what else would give you justification for the name?  The problem is that while this is their premiere ingredient, they only use 100mg. Why is this of any real consequence?  Because to burn fat, you actually need 4X that at 400mg exactly or more.  So obviously, not quite what you would need.

Then there’s their other ingredients.  Yes, they do have other ingredients.  Some, we would be impressed by.  For example, they have Advantra-Z, a patented form of synephrine, the ultimate alternative to ephedra.  But their entire proprietary blend to cover all of their other ingredients is a grand total of 23mg.  You need at least 250mg of just Advantra-Z to show results…..you see our point.

Outside of that, they have quite a few ingredients that have nothing to do with weight loss.  Basically speaking, all of their valid ingredients are insufficient amounts of caffeine based ingredients, ultimately causing multiple side effects.  But many of their other ingredients either have no recognized benefits, or they are something to the tune of ingredients meant to soothe and upset stomach. You weren’t expecting to pay for a digestive aid.

We would not recommend using the Green Tea Fat Burner.  Yes, you can find it at basically all major malls across America, and yes it may seem so appealing because it’s so available.  But they don’t even use a descent amount of their named ingredient in the freaking name of the product!  In other words, they don’t use enough of one of their few effective ingredients.

There are other green tea products out there.  They may not name green tea as their major ingredient, or in some cases they actually do.  Either way, there are valid products out there that actually use green tea as one of their ingredients, major or not.  And more importantly, they actually use the right amounts of green tea along with the right amounts of various other weight loss ingredients.  So all in all, it would definitely be something to consider first.
