Goji Active Reviews

Goji-Active_03Goji-Active_05Goji Active claims to help you with the power of the superfruit known as goji.  They claim to help you to lose weight, boost immune function, increase energy, improve circulation, and provide the antioxidant support that your body ends.  They talk about goji being the staple of Eastern medicine and otherwise the best celebrity diets and weight loss programs.

So how does it actually work?  The first thing to know is that goji is not a weight loss ingredient.  Yes, superfoods and superfruits are great.  They have the greater potential for weight loss, and they can really give you greater benefits in some cases.  But this being said, they don’t necessarily have the right stuff for fat burning.  Products are generally based on acai.  But superfruits in general don’t have this effect.  So they are all scams.

Second, there’s caffeine.  Caffeine does actually burn fat in the right amounts.  But it requires 400mg, and their ingredients are all squished into 580mg, 80 of which is actually caffeine.  Likewise, green tea would also require at least 400mg to promote weight loss, and they don’t have that.  The antioxidant benefits are great.  But antioxidants do not promote weight loss ultimately speaking.

Finally, they have l-theanine.  We cannot say it strongly enough.  Amino acids do not promote weight loss!  They feed the muscles, but that does not mean they build muscle mass.  It definitely does not mean that.  The simple fact is that they don’t build muscle or burn fat.  L-theanine is no exception to this, and frankly speaking the simple fact is that there are various other ingredients that do.

There are so many ingredient in this that do not promote weight loss.  Actually, we take that back, it’s split half and half.  Two promote weight loss and two don’t.  But this in mind, the two that do are the most common in the industry and based on or are entirely caffeine.  They promote rather temporary and short lived weight loss, and they don’t even give you that considering that while both require at least 400mg a piece, they have 225mg green tea and 200mg caffeine.  So they have about half of what would be needed.

But the simple fact is that they focus on goji.  Goji is great as a superfruit yes.  But any product that has to focus on the hype surrounding superfoods in general to claim that their formula is a weight loss supplement is a scam.  They suggest that you buy a 4-6 month supply for a reason.  Realistically speaking, IT SHOULDN’T TAKE YOU 4-6 MONTHS TO SEE RESULTS!  You should know within the first 30 days to be sure, and in some cases, you can see serious results in a shorter period of time.

This being said, you would just be wasting your time on Goji Active.  In some ways, they are honest about it.  They list all of their ingredients and the amounts.  But the reality is that doesn’t make it effective.  As honest as they may have been about that, they were not honest about potential benefits or otherwise.  The only thing with any potential is their claim about antioxidant benefits, which is not exactly what you’re looking for when you buy this product.  So you can see all the reasons why we would not suggest using Goji Active.
