GNC Wellbeing Be Hot Reviews
The GNC Wellbeing Be Hot package is actually a combination of a few of their products. Specifically speaking, it combines their be defined, be energized, and be enhanced products. We have gone over all of these products on separate reviews, and to sum them up, none of these products have the right ingredients, the right amounts, or any of the things that would actually help you to lose weight. They just depend on their name rather than a legitimate approach.
But let’s break it down for you even further. Why not right. It will make it easier to just read one review rather than several. Their be defined formula focuses a lot on the idea that you can define and build muscle while using antioxidants, amino acids, and electrolytes.
None of those burn fat, define lean muscle mass, or otherwise promote greater results! They use antioxidants and electrolytes. But realistically speaking, you could get the same effect from a much cheaper energy drink. And there is nothing you can combine this product with that will actually make this particular product stronger.
Then there’s the Be Energized. We suspected from the start that this was just a glorified caffeine pill. But they claimed that it would burn fat, enhance brain function, and otherwise show greater results than you might otherwise expect.
Of course, as it turned out, it was just another glorified caffeine pill using green tea and caffeine anhydrous as their only two weight loss ingredients. But using about 59mg of green tea and caffeine anhydrous in just 200mg when each would require 400mg separately, and green tea would require at least 50% caffeine, which they didn’t specify, not impressive. Their other ingredients were weak and insufficient amounts of antioxidants.
Then we move onto their Be Enhanced formula. They claim that this formula will burn fat and otherwise produce a thermogenic effect to give you the more defined look you are looking for, also fighting free radicals to promote weight loss. All of their formulas have antioxidants, which don’t promote weight loss!
But of course, looking at this formula, they have a bunch of good fatty acids. The problem is that while one good fatty acid, CLA can promote about 2 extra pounds lost per year, if you use 4500mg or more twice daily, they have 250mg total. And realistically speaking, all the other good fatty acids do not promote weight loss at all.
And their final claim, they claim that they give you a formula specifically made for women. They don’t have any female specific ingredients just as they don’t really have many weight loss ingredients and they don’t have any in the right amounts. So obviously enough this product is not what you are looking for or need.
