GNC Wellbeing Be Hot Exercise Enhancing TurboPak combines 3 basic formulas.  It has the be defined, be energized, and be enhanced formulas.  Basically speaking, they claim that you can achieve better results, and apparently you can get amazing benefits with the GNC name behind it of course.

We find that most companies like this tend to rely purely on their name.  It’s no surprise.  We believe it, because they’ve been around since the 1930’s, and of course, how else could they be so amazing.  They basically speaking combine these 3 formulas claiming to enhance the weight loss regimen and exercise program you are already using.

So what’s so special about the packets in GNC Wellbeing Be Hot Exercise Enhancing TurboPak?  Well really, there’s nothing.  The GNC Wellbeing Be Defined actually has no weight loss ingredients realistically speaking, and they mistake antioxidants and electrolytes for substitutes.  You could find that it a bottle of Gatorade, and probably in higher amounts too.

This being said, you move onto the Be Energized formula, which is basically a glorified caffeine pill.  This has two types of caffeine, both in insufficient amounts to give you weight loss along with those side effects, and all in all, it doesn’t measure up in various different ways, not just the basic way as one might hope.

And finally, the Be Enhanced formula is one of those products claiming to use CLA to give you the ultimate fat burning you need without stimulants.  They use stimulants in their other pills.  So it’s not exactly stimulant free. But they have about 250mg of CLA as opposed to the 4500mg needed, and their other good fatty acids do benefit the heart.  But they have nothing at all to do with weight loss.

They claim that this formula provides the ultimate weight loss results for women.  That’s a joke.  They have no weight loss ingredients and no ingredients for women. So all in all, obviously speaking, this formula could not actually help you to achieve any of the results they talk about.  To say it’s suffering is an understatement of the worst kind.

We would definitely recommend using something else.  There are plenty of good products out there, and realistically speaking, some of those products actually work. When we say better, the honest truth is it’s not that hard to beat out these particular GNC products.  So we would definitely recommend looking to a higher standard even than some of the better products you might have.  After all, why not have the best for a cheaper price when you can so easily get it?  Even though of course, these products don’t generally have the big GNC name.

    I just bough the be-HOT 30 pak i took the first pack and i felt as is i drank ten redbulls(maybe because of the caffine) not taking any more paks :( best thing to do for weight loss in my opinion is healthy eating and workout (daily of course)
