GNC Wellbeing Be Fulfilled Reviews

Sold as a meal replacement shake, GNC Wellbeing Be Fulfilled has basically copied the idea behind SlimFast shakes.  They claim it is made specifically for women, and apparently it will provide a balanced and completely natural formula that you will love the taste of with protein and otherwise fiber and only 180 calories.

Do you remember what happened to Oprah on the SlimFast diet?  She lost weight, she revealed the fact that apparently Oprah has a tiny little bone structure.  So being “meant to be a big girl”, well not necessarily that honest.  She was ridiculously tiny, even more so than the average supermodel it seemed.

But even as much money as she had, and she could have actually continued buying SlimFast forever unlike the rest of us, she failed.  She got depressed, had no idea how to eat healthy outside of SlimFast, stopped drinking them, and she gained all the weight back and then some.  So obviously speaking, while these shakes are sometimes good for example guys trying to bulk up with a protein shake, it’s not so good for real and lasting dieting methods.

This being said, what’s its intrinsic value as a protein shake?  It has a total of 9g of protein.  We bought some Bolthouse Farms drinks, the protein kind the other day for the office, and yes we have discovered that the mocha kind is so much better.  That bottle which is about as low in calories and definitely about the same size had 48g of protein per bottle. The average protein mix per serving, or wait, we should say the best protein shakes per serving have about 24g.  So basically speaking that bottle has 2 servings, it’s about right.  So why in the world that they think they’re so great with only 9g.

Basically speaking, they have a bunch of vitamins, they have tiny bits of protein and fiber that don’t actually make a difference really, and the reason why you are losing weight is because you are replacing meals with something that is frankly insufficient.  You are not eating! Some have reported feeling very hungry while using it, and it is of course more expensive than many would like.

And to be honest, with its chocolate flavor, they are technically fooling many.  They are fooling you just as the supposed “healthy chocolate” does until you actually receive it of course and try it, that you can fill your chocolate addiction any time you want and then lose weight, even though technically speaking, chocolate hindered your weight loss results before.

We would much prefer they actually reeducate you and help you to achieve healthy weight loss methods and diets rather than starving you and using deceivingly “healthy” options that are generally associated with far from healthy or effective methods of weight loss to say the least.
