GNC Wellbeing Be Energized Reviews

When we hear the name GNC Wellbeing Be Energized, we honestly speaking think of a caffeine pill.  That’s basically what this is supposed to be in all honestly, and realistically speaking, a caffeine pill for energy isn’t necessarily meant to promote weight lossBut it can cause side effects commonly related to caffeine of course.

But they specifically name this as a calorie burning and fat melting formula that will boost your metabolism, enhance your workouts, and fight free radicals while giving you safe and healthy sources of energy.  Apparently, burning calories has never been so easy. But apparently, it will also improve mental focus with the power of all of these amazing ingredients.

So what’s so great and powerful about GNC Wellbeing Be Energized?  It has first of all green tea, which could be the most popular and one of the more effective fat burners.  They use 50% EGCG.  But they don’t actually specify the amount of caffeine used, which would need to be at least 50%.  Realistically speaking, it’s the caffeine that burns fat.  Moreover, they would have to have at least 400mg.  They have 59mg.

From there, they also have caffeine anhydrous, which could obviously burn fat and provide more energy.  But again, it would require around 400mg.  They have half that at just 200mg.  So for that reason, it would not actually be able to burn fat or show greater results in general.  Basically speaking, this is looking exactly as we suspected.  It’s a glorified caffeine pill that will not promote weight loss, but it will cause side effects.

To their credit, as they had claimed, it does actually have a number of antioxidants such as of course green tea, grape seed extract, and otherwise.  But as one might expect, they have such small amounts of even these antioxidants as to be completely inconsequential in general terms. So all in all, GNC Wellbeing Be Energized isn’t exactly what they promise.

We would not recommend bothering with this product.  It doesn’t have anything that you would actually need to lose weight.  It doesn’t have the ingredients, the dosages, it doesn’t really have anything. There are luckily plenty of other products that provide you energy without so many side effects, and they actually provide weight loss.

But GNC Wellbeing Be Energized relies purely on its name and wide birth of sales rather than its actual formula and legitimacy in general.  This is common, but that’s certainly no excuse for it.  All in all, it just means you are getting ripped off, even if it’s being presented with a pretty pink ribbon.
