Garden Greens AcaiSlim Acai Berry Smoothie Reviews

Garden Greens AcaiSlim Acai Berry Smoothie, which will now be referred to as the AcaiSlim Smoothie is basically meant to be used as a soy protein meal or meal replacement shake in general.  They claim that it will provide you with the essential nutrients you need in a filling form so that you can lose more weight and ultimately speaking achieve far greater results as a whole.  They claim that it will improve your digestive enzymes and otherwise provide benefits not commonly associated with a normal diet pill or weight loss shake.

But if there’s one thing we would caution you against, well there would be two things.  The first thing would be to avoid free trial offers as they are always scams.  But the second big thing we would caution you to watch out for would be acai products.  Acai is fine, the top 10 superfoods are fine.  But when a company relies entirely on acai, they tend to blow it out of proportion.  By this, we mean that they exaggerate the possible benefits thereof, and they aren’t at all honest.  Companies even make up benefits with acai that don’t exist! Frankly speaking, acai has never promoted any kind of weight loss at all.

So is Garden Greens AcaiSlim Acai Berry Smoothie the exception? Unfortunately no.  They have a number of different ingredients, vitamins mostly meant to be part of a good shake.  But they lack the actual weight loss ingredients that you would need.  And frankly they far overestimate the benefits of acai.  After all, while high in antioxidants and otherwise, it does not surpass other simple fruits such as blueberries for example.

Then there’s the facts of their “fat burning” ingredients.  They have guarana.  This is one of the most common scams in the industry.  The simple fact is that while guarana can promote weight loss and keep you full for longer when combined with damiana and yerba mate, it is one of the few ingredients out there that does this while having no positive effect on its own! So realistically speaking, just the fact that they do this says enough in itself.

They use green tea.  But frankly, you would need at least 400mg to promote fat burning, and they combine it into a 210mg proprietary blend with several other ingredients.  The rest of the ingredients list just follows suit like that.  Frankly, most of the ingredients have nothing to do with weight loss at all, and they all come in extremely small amounts.

So in short, yes it sounds great.  Yes, we like the idea that it has acai.  But realistically speaking, you have to take into account the real story behind acai.  You have to take into account the limitations of acai before throwing all of your money at it.  Companies that use acai as their signature ingredient do it for a reason.  They don’t want to pay for ingredients that would actually work, let alone in the amounts that would be required, because it costs too much.  So instead, they choose a cheap ingredient that has been all over the media, and they play that up, even though they know it has no related benefits.

This product sells through GNC stores, and we have really seen no other third party retailers that seem to carry it.  It is extremely overpriced, and there are plenty of other better products out there.  There are even products that happen to use acai and yet still produce results if you are really interested in that particular ingredient.  If this is the case for you, just remember to look for products that use acai, but don’t rely solely on something like acai.
