		<description>I have eaten okra, tomatoes, broccoli and cheese and beans for 1 month and lost 12 pounds.  I eat and eat and eat and the okra is friend in low fat Crisco Olive oil and I am not even exercising but since the 12 pounds fell off, I feel the energy to exercise, why does this work? I found out accidentally.

Anymore healthy fast diet loss?  Love fried okra and tomatoes?  Then there ya go.  No breads or candies though unless it is 100 percent wheat bread, try an okra sandwich, it is delicious.</description>
