FatBurn7 Reviews

fatburn7FatBurn7 claims that you will burn fat, define muscle, and suppress appetite for total weight loss results.  They claim that you will finally be able to lose more weight and have the body you want whether you happen to be male or female.  They talk about various different things when it comes to FatBurn7 depending of course on the individual.

So how does it work?  FatBurn7 claims to use a formula that burns fat first of all, and they claim that it works without stimulants.  They talk about it suppressing appetite, and they actually put up the titles of a number of studies on their own page.  In total, there are 6 studies such as “increased ATP content/production in hypothalamus”, “serotoneric drugs”, etc.  The titles are not always descriptive of the actual ingredient.

Some of their studies describe fat burning properties, muscle building properties(ATP production), and appetite suppression.  One even mentions metabolic syndrome, which is quite well known to say the least.  Many blame metabolic syndrome for the majority of cases of obesity as a whole.  So it’s the right idea.  On the other hand, “serotoneric drugs” would be another way of implying mood lifting properties, which is not related to weight loss or diet pills.

As far as ingredients go, green tea could potentially burn fat.  But it has caffeine, and it they use caffeine free green tea, it doesn’t actually burn fat.  It also requires at least 400mg.  Being that they don’t list any amounts and most don’t use that amount, we can essentially speaking guarantee that they don’t have it.

Likewise, caralluma fimbriata works better in the patented slimaluma form, but they don’t use that.  And it requires over 1000mg, which they don’t use.  It is supposed to work as an appetite suppressant.  But frankly speaking, we have not yet seen a product, including this one, that comes through on all the generalized requirements with this particular formula.

Some of the ingredients such as the serotonin producer essentially speaking are not actually named.  We suspect it may be something like 5-HTP.  But we cannot confirm that, and again promoting a happier state of being is not really related to weight loss.

The other ingredients that are actually named are not actually related to weight loss.  In fact, their last named ingredient, an African herb, has actually been shown in studies not to promote weight loss at all.  It is not hoodia, but it is certainly similar in the grand scheme of things.  With this in mind, it’s not really hopeful, especially considering there are some ingredients they don’t actually name at all.

We would not recommend using FatBurn7.  It doesn’t promote greater weight loss, and it does not promote any greater results.  FatBurn7 will only frustrate your greater efforts, and we urge you to consider something else if you actually want success.
