EphBurn 25 indicates not only the use of ephedra, but the use of specifically 25mg of ephedra, the currently legal amount.  They claim that this particular formula will burn fat and produce results just like the old ephedra products, and apparently all those nasty side effects were nothing more than myths.  They didn’t exist, it was made up by a jealous government!  Of course, we all know how ridiculous that sounds.  Realistically speaking, even if it were true, they specifically limited the amount to amounts of ephedra that cannot promote weight loss!

We cannot stress enough the fact that even in this small amount, ephedra is still dangerous! It still can cause heart attacks, strokes, death, the like, and it of course causes the caffeine related side effects to be sure.  But that being said, like we have said time and time again, legal ephedra can no longer actually promote any weight loss results!

So what do they use outside of that, are there things that could make up for this lack of good results?  They use some caffeine as well as some garcinia cambogia.  Garcinia cambogia requires about 1500mg, they use 120mg total.  Likewise, caffeine gets a little bit closer using 200mg, when caffeine requires at least 400mg. The list really keeps going like that.  For example, kola nut would work as an appetite suppressant if used in 1000mg or more.  They use 100mg.  It’s a sad reality at this point.

Many of their other ingredients realistically speaking have nothing at all to do with weight loss, which is not surprising.  Or they have just been proven not to be that effective except by fluke in weight loss goals.  That’s just as bad to be honest, and using the right ingredients with the wrong ingredients is honestly speaking again just as bad with our assessments.

EphBurn 25 lacks many of the basic things we are looking for in good and valid weight loss products.  They lack the expertise, the ingredients, the amounts, just about everything you could expect from any kind of valid weight loss product in general.  The fact that they use ephedra to hype up their product is just icing on the cake. But honestly speaking, even if they otherwise had an award winning product with amazing ingredients and an incredible formula, really, the ephedra content alone would make it a product that is not actually worth buying.
