The ephedra free formula you have been asking for, Dymetradrene Xtreme EF is apparently a remake giving you “the ultimate energizing fat burner.”  They claim that this formula will give you a potent formula that will burn fat, suppress appetite, and give you no side effects, finally taking the right approach.  Does this sound a little overblown to you? It did to us.

This being said, you have to wonder what they use to give you such “amazing” results and otherwise benefits.  After all, Dimetradrine Xtreme EF must be amazing, right?  They start out using caffeine and green tea as well as theobromine, basically cocoa mixed with caffeine.  All of these are obviously extremely common, because they are cheap.  But if you want real results, you need to have at least 400mg of each. They use a proprietary blend far too small to accommodate that.  But they will still cause potential side effects.

So what about their other ingredients?  They use a number of different amino acids, and yes amino acids do feed the muscles.  But the problem is that they do not really build the muscles. So obviously, this formula couldn’t give you results in this capacity, because in any amount, these ingredients are not at all applicable.

And finally, they have an ingredient that particularly concerns us called yohimbine.  Yohimbine is a sexual stimulant, an aphrodisiac commonly used in men for natural purposes.  However, it has never even really been suggested to promote any kind of weight loss! So the question becomes, what is the purpose in using an aphrodisiac for weight loss?  And what’s more, yohimbine has specifically become known for causing heart attacks, strokes, liver failure, and kidney damage.  So obviously, there is no real trade off, there wouldn’t be any trade off even if they actually produced results in the first place.

So all in all, we wonder about Dymetradrine Xtreme EF in only one way.  Why would anyone want to buy this product! It doesn’t have any really valid weight loss ingredients, let alone in the clinically proven amounts.  It does have quite a few side effects and risks, sometimes with an ingredient that doesn’t even have anything to do with weight loss.  All in all, Dymetradine Xtreme EF doesn’t have anything that you really should be looking for.

There are plenty of other products out there luckily.  Many of them promote real weight loss, and they have proven ingredients in proven amounts.  And what’s better is many of them don’t come with nasty side effects! That’s without question an improvement upon this product.  But it’s often so much more than that.  Many would be amazed.
