Diet Tech Reviews

Claiming to target hunger and cravings at the same time we assume, Diet Tech claims to help you to lose weight, going back to the old standards of eating from 2 centuries ago or so.  They claims that Diet Tech will finally help you to achieve amazing results and otherwise change your life in so many ways, even losing an average of 10.1 pounds of weight in 8 weeks when combined with diet and exercise.  With proper diet and exercise, you should be losing about 2 pounds per week equaling out to 16 pounds, not 10.1 pounds.  That is less effective.

But anyway, they claim that this formula uses their own named Gluco-Tech technology, and apparently it helps you to synergistically reduce your appetite as well so that you eat less and therefore can burn off more of the calories consumed at any given time.  Frankly speaking, we find that many of these claims are invalid anyway.

So how does Diet Tech actually work?  Well first of all, it uses the appetite suppressant known as glucomnann.  Glucomannan has been known to suppress appetite by blowing up in the stomach as a natural fiber and essentially filling most of it without using surgery like many other methods or harmful ingredients for that matter.  Frankly speaking, they don’t have the 1000mg that would be required and clinically proven to promotes these results.

Then they use chromium polynicotinate, which has been said to control blood sugar levels.  However, the only successful study was conducted in athletes. All other studies have been unsuccessful in showing any weight loss results at all when chromium in general is used on its own.  They also use alpha lipoic acid, an antioxidant that has never actually been connected to any kind of weight loss.  So obviously, they’re not doing so well.

On the good side, they do use caffeine and green tea.  Green tea and caffeine would each require about 400mg to promote weight loss, and frankly they definitely don’t have that.  But that being said, if they did have the right amount, it would promote a thermogenic effect in the body, burning more fat and ultimately helping you to see greater results.

Interestingly enough, they use parts of a bigger puzzle.  By this, we mean that they use guarana and yerba mate.  But in order to complete that puzzle and actually promote weight loss, they would need just one more ingredient called damiana.  Without all pieces of the puzzle, these ingredients do not promote any weight loss results at all.

So all in all, Diet Tech will not actually give you the results you are looking for.  It does not use the right ingredients, the right amounts, or anything else.  They just waste your time, and it may also cause side effects.  So you would be far better off using something else.
