Diet Fuel Reviews

Created by TwinLab, Diet Fuel claims that you will finally be able to have the energy, fat burning, and appetite suppression to lose weight. Interestingly enough, they claim that they cannot ship to South Dakota or Missouri due to laws. We’re not exactly sure what those laws would actually be. However, it makes you worry about what dangerous ingredients they could possibly have that would lead states to ban their product from being distributed there.
So we looked into their formula. They have some proven fat burners such as green tea for example, which is expected in this market. You would need about 400mg to get results, and all of their ingredients outside of guarana are combined into a 685mg proprietary blend. In other words, fat chance of getting the proper amount. Then they have citrus aurantium, the ultimate alternative apparently to ephedra. This requires at least 250mg, which again, fat chance that you’re going to get that amount.
Outside of that, they have ingredients like naringin, which is actually a potential light thermogenic fat burner. But they don’t even have the right amount for that, just as they don’t have the amount to produce small results with cayenne. And realistically speaking, mild antidepressants such as St John’s Wort aren’t going to help you to lose weight.
So being realistic, their final ingredient is guarana. When you combine guarana with damiana and yerba mate in the right amounts, it can promote a gastric filling effect meaning you stay full for longer. It’s nothing to do with the fat burning effect they try to portray. But without those ingredients, it doesn’t really matter how much or how little you use, it does not actually promote any kind of weight loss. Realistically speaking, they waste 800mg on that ingredient that again doesn’t actually work!
Side effects with Diet Fuel would most likely be those of caffeine such as irregular heartbeat, chest pain, dizziness, headache, nausea, insomnia, mood swings, cramping, constipation, diarrhea, tension, anxiety, and high blood pressure. These ingredients are relatively common to many different products. So obviously many think that they are not such a big deal, and in some ways, we would be inclined to agree with them.
All in all, Diet Fuel is not the product you would want. We say that caffeine can be tolerable meaning assuming that you are actually getting any benefits at all. But realistically speaking, there is no trade off here. They have enough caffeine to cause side effects. But they don’t have enough of any ingredients to actually promote weight loss! So obviously, why would you really want to even consider this particular product? It’s a waste of time and money and otherwise not really something you want to use.
