Dicana Reviews

Created by a company that sells through bodybuilding.com known as ThermoLife, Dicana is one of the better known products claiming that you can develop a metabolic regulator or otherwise to help you to achieve “extreme body fat loss while sparing muscle tissue!”  In other words, they want you to think that this formula will provide hardcore results, even to the point of possibly causing serious side effects!

They talk however about how it’s safe.  They talk about the fact that it does not stimulate the central nervous system.  Frankly, the products that do that are generally speaking prescription amphetamines such as prescription PhentermineSo you are unlikely to find any product on the over the counter market like that. And then there’s the fact that they are wrong in other ways.  The simple fact is that not using amphetamines does not automatically guarantee safety.  By this we mean, there are a number of side effects with various ingredients like stimulants, non stimulants, diuretics, laxatives, you get the idea.  You can find them anywhere.

So all in all, obviously we find them misinformed to say the least, grossly misinformed even.  But the question is really, does this product ever work, at all?  They use for one thing an ingredient that they call “dicana.”  That’s obviously their name, but it does not denote a specific ingredient.  The ingredient it actually denotes has been connected to muscle building and frankly speaking, it has also been connected with side effects. But the important part is that they use it in a proprietary blend when there is only one listed ingredient.  So basically speaking, that means that they are mixing it with quite a few fillers.

Second, they use an ingredient called ginger.  Ginger has not been known to promote weight loss. It has been known to promote a healthy digestive system or rather it has been known to soothe stomach upset in some cases.  However, that is a far cry from actual weight loss, which obviously causes serious problems to say the least.

All of this considered, they finally use a proven ingredient in coleus forskohlii, a stimulant free fat burner.  It comes traditionally speaking from Ayurvedic medicine.  But like so many others of its kind, it actually requires over 1000mg.  You are not going to get that amount of anything from a product like this. So obviously speaking, you cannot match the clinical studies as you don’t have the basic requirement of amounts.

All in all, this formula has nothing to show for all of their advertising.  Frankly speaking, they don’t promote results, they don’t spend enough to actually get the right ingredients in the right amounts, and they are more concerned about their profit margins than anything to do with you. So for obvious reasons, we would definitely recommend that you find something else.
