Cytomel Reviews

Known otherwise as liothyronine sodium, Cytomel is a thyroid hormone.  It has been imitated in some cases with weight loss drugs claiming to positively affect your thyroid health and otherwise give you the benefits you need in a higher metabolism and otherwise weight loss in general.  Now thyroid hormones are commonly used if you have a thyroid disorder.  There are two types.

First of all, there is an underactive thyroid.  These disorders are very rare keep in mind.  But basically speaking, when you have an underactive thyroid, this is the problem we commonly associate with the need for thyroid optimizing diet pills.  It makes your metabolism sluggish and often leads to cold body temperatures and low energy among other things.  However, there is no natural ingredient that can treat this disorder, and improving your thyroid if you are healthy does not actually promote weight loss anyway.  If you take medication for this, it will not magically make you skinny, and Cytomel is no exception to this.

The other type is a hyperactive thyroid.  This is one that most diet pills don’t like to think about, because it goes against the very grain of the idea that you can always improve thyroid function and accordingly lose weight.  For people who have this disorder, when they start taking medications like Cytomel, they actually gain weight, because it slows their body down in thyroid health to a reasonable level and sometimes even completely shuts it off, as does radiation.  And frankly speaking, many are so use to eating ridiculous amounts to try to get the energy they need out of them.  It’s not so easy to adjust to a normal diet in general.

Now if you are taking Cytomel, you most likely have a serious medical disorder.  You should only take it if you have a serious medical disorder and it’s prescribed by your doctor.  There are plenty of imitators out there, and frankly speaking you should never use them.  You will not lose weight by using Cytomel or any other thyroid product.  Unfortunately, even with an underactive thyroid, it just doesn’t work that way.  However, the thing to really look out for is imitators, as frankly speaking most people wouldn’t be buying this particular prescription on the black market in general.
