Chia Seed Diet Reviews
Rich in omega 3 fatty acids, the Chia Seed Diet claims that you can feel full for longer periods of time by using this particular product. They claim that the chia seeds they give you are healthy, rich in “age defying antioxidants”, and otherwise exactly what you are looking for. Apparently, the chia seed diet far surpasses many other competitors.
And the best part about it they claim? It is all natural with no caffeine and accordingly no jitters or other side effects. So all in all, obviously it doesn’t quite work this way. They have fiber, b vitamins, protein, calcium, and apparently in general terms, this is supposed to be a healthier food source. But of course, you can’t actually get it from the grocery store. You have to pay a higher price for them to give it to you.
But how does it actually work? The basic mechanics of it is this. If you replace food in general with something that doesn’t actually give you as many calories or just one food in general, unless it’s McDonalds you are replacing it with, chances are you are going to lose weight. That’s the logic of the egg diet, the cabbage soup diet, and the grapefruit diet.
The question is, is it healthy? In this case, the chia seeds they sell you do not actually have the nutrients you would need to sustain your body in general. On the other hand, many protein shakes and otherwise meal replacement shakes are meant to be combined with real food, and they provide you with other nutrients in and of themselves. They also tend to be considerably cheaper.
But it’s not just that. The Chia Seed Diet doesn’t actually have anything that would suppress appetite. Ultimately speaking, it’s like hoodia. If you eat enough of anything, you are eventually going to feel full. If you eat enough chia seeds, you are eventually going to feel full. Frankly speaking, eggs many have reported make them feel full faster with less intake, and that’s why the egg diet would more likely be more effective. But the chia seed diet doesn’t have that. Moreover, eggs, grapefruits, and cabbage are certainly cheaper.
The Chia Seed Diet will not work. It’s far too expensive, and frankly speaking the thing is that you cannot keep buying these, even to supplement into your diet, forever. It’s not in any way reasonable. You will not lose weight with the Chia Seed Diet, and you will not sustain weight loss with the Chia Seed Diet. So honestly speaking, it would be much better for you to choose something else, even protein shakes with lower caloric value for example. Implementing more protein into your diet in that way actually has been shown to promote more weight loss in clinical studies.
