Cheater’s Relief is one of the more popular cheating products on the market for the simple reason that you can find it on big sites like BodyBuilding.com, and oh yeah, it’s sold by a company known as BSN, which is also responsible for bigger products like Atro-Phex for example.  They claim that with this formula, you can finally eat what you want sometimes and not have to suffer from it, and you can eliminate many fats and carbs from your diet by binding them or otherwise stop your body from absorbing them and turning them into fat stores.  But is this all possible, or is it one of those things that is too good to be true?

They start out using a fat binding formula that has some proven ingredients such as chitosan and the patented NeOpuntia.  These ingredients could technically speaking bind fat and stop your body from absorbing it, effectively eliminating some calories from your diet.  But on the other hand, it only eliminates percentages, not amounts. So the more you eat, obviously the more fat you get.  But you cannot eliminate all fat no matter how little you eat, and it may make a 1 calorie difference if you eat little enough, which is not going to be that effective.

Second, they have what they call their carb system.  There are two parts to this system in all actuality.  The first is the carb blockers.  These carb blockers such as white kidney bean can actually block you from absorbing as many carbs.  But like we said before with the fat blockers, they block percentages. So ideally speaking, you should combine this with a low carb diet if anything.

And finally, the second part of that would be blood sugar regulators.  These ingredients actually regulate the blood sugar levels, helping you to avoid cravings for carbs in general.  However, these have not really been known to promote greater weight loss in general for many individuals, which obviously presents a considerable problem for many individuals.  But all in all, they in some cases don’t actually promote substantial weight loss in studies at all.

All in all, this formula is weak to say the least.  They provide what looks like a great fix allowing you to eat more of the foods you want.  But realistically speaking, they don’t actually provide you with anything that you need.  So obviously, this turns into a bigger problem for consumers who actually want to lose weight, which is why most people would buy this product.

Luckily, there are other products like this that actually provide results.  One of the biggest problems with Cheater’s Relief is that while most of their ingredients are the wrong ingredients anyway, they also lack the right amounts to produce results. Fortunately, there is a similar product called Liposeduction that does have the right stuff and can actually give you weight loss results with this particular mechanism of action when combined with a good diet and exercise program of course.
